Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be SEALED in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and photo proof of your unused items.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The items have been opened from its sealed package.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error
  • 30 days have passed since the time of purchase

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item to us. You are also responsible for making sure that the items are returned intact and not damaged.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please make sure to check with us if the items are eligible for a refund before sending them back to us.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, immediately. Please expect to receive the refund in a couple of days after the issue.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or free items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@u-mask.eu and send your item to U-earth Pure Air Zone, Via Bandello 16, Milano Italy.
